Shipping policy
At Zanet, we are committed to delivering your orders securely and efficiently. We exclusively serve the United States market and aim to make our shipping process as transparent as possible.
1. Shipping Costs & Currency
We believe in transparent pricing. We offer Free Shipping on all orders across our entire store. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden fees, and no unexpected handling charges at checkout. All transactions and values are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
- Order Handling/Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders are verified, tailored, quality-checked, and packaged within this window.
- Transit/Shipping Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday) to destinations within the United States.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 Business Days.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently only ship to valid residential and commercial physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international territories at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
5. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives within the designated timeframe, external factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, carrier bottlenecks, or federal holidays) may occasionally cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us promptly at info@zanet.shop, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your items arrive damaged, please reach out to our customer service immediately within 48 hours of the reported delivery date. We will open an investigation and arrange for a replacement or support as required.
